Our founder
Founder of the centre, Swan Choza, is a former top-level sportsman and has been a physical trainer for over 20 years. Trained in sports physiotherapy and various Asian medical techniques, he is a master in the art of understanding anatomy. Having studied Pilates at the prestigious Balanced Body University in California, he is now Master Training Pilates and leads our team of instructors.
